The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good and gave us enough energy for the day. the hotel has a sauna, which was enjoyable.
The sauna was only open from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., which was not long enough to enjoy it properly, because we had to choose between dinner and sauna due to the short opening hours. the floor in the sauna shower area was very cold and uncomfortable.

Pool area needs renovation.Windows on the room are dangerous for small children: they are very easy to open completely!

The view from the room was beautiful and the breakfast bountiful.
After booking a junior suite on Booked.net, we recieved a confirmation that this was a room with a bedroom and separate living area. On arrival, we were told by the hotel, a junior suite only has a bedroom and they could not change it. The price for just a bedroom was too high.

Best experience so far! During our Christmas holidays, we had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was lovely and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we had a great view from our balcony. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the city center and close to public transport. We particularly enjoyed the free pass for the bus and cable cars that came along with our stay. the breakfast buffet was delicious, with many options to choose from.
That the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times and the gym was a bit small, but these were minor drawbacks given the overall positive experience we had at this hotel. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and comfortable stay in the city.

Good location and quiet (5th floor). Very good breakfast. Quite expensive for what it offers.
